3. Ownership and Usage Rights

You retain full ownership of all scripts and content you generate using the ScriptZen platform. You are free to use, modify, and distribute your generated content as you see fit. However, you do not own the ScriptZen software, technology, or any intellectual property related to the platform itself.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our platform
- Not use the service to create content that violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

5. Voice Recording Processing

When you upload voice recordings to ScriptZen, these files are processed temporarily by our AI system to generate your scripts. Voice recordings are not stored permanently on our servers and are deleted after processing is complete, typically within 24 hours.

6. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to ScriptZen. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice to users.
